The 6 days Machame Route is one of the best route due to the marvellous scenery and excellent climbing conditions. It is easy to see Kilimanjaro as nothing more than its peak but the rising land that encompasses it, is astonishingly contrasting. Panoramic views of the immense ocean of ochre yellow sand that covers the radius of the moorland regions, the emerald rainforests and the gleaming fields are unparalleled. You will traverse over the ancient, glaciated river valleys of the frosty southern slopes. This route is perfect for people who are experiencing high altitude for the first time. The 6 days Machame Route is challenging but the comfortable acclimation will assist you in smashing your goals. This trail abides to the laws that professional mountaineers follow: hike high and sleep low.
